Think of e-Consulting as hot-line support brought up to 21st century technology! e-Consulting is unique service of Management Design that allows clients to submit specific questions to our consultants for evaluation and recommendations using e-mail. When a question is submitted to Management Design via e-mail, the request is treated as a mini-consulting project. Client issues submitted through our e-Consulting service are generally those that can be completely described in a brief memorandum. Clients may use e-Consulting for:
  • Assistant in dealing with a specific insurance claim
  • Advice as to how to code a claim
  • Advice on how to handle a tricky personnel issue
  • Advice regarding a managed care contract

First time e-Consulting Clients:

Please complete the Consulting Agreement form.

Submitting e-Consulting requests:

  • Select the appropriate request for e-Consulting form based on your practice's needs.
  • Management Design reviews client requests and forwards the request to the appropriate Management Design consultant.
  • The Management Design consultant addresses the issue and either respond to the client with a report or request additional information by e-mail.

MANAGED CARE CONTRACTING:

Use this form to submit requests regarding contracts that the practice is evaluating and for issues relating to existing contracts - Managed Care Contracting

BILLING & CODING ISSUES:

Use this form to submit requests regarding insurance claims to be submitted and claim denials: - Billing & Coding Issues

PRACTICE MANAGEMENT:

Use this form to submit requests regarding general practice management issues. For example, "I need to hire a new receptionist. Please suggest the wording for a newspaper advertisement and salary ranges?": Practice Management

COMPLIANCE:

Use this form to submit requests regarding compliance issues. For example, "A patient has complained about a billing error and is threatening to contact Medicare. What action should we take?": Compliance
