Managed care contracts account for a significant portion of revenue in most practices. Contracts also account for an increasing portion of a practice's expenses relating to contract administration and compliance. Contracting strategy and decisions related to individual contracts are critical to the financial success of a practice.

SERVICES RELATED TO PRACTICE CONTRACTING INCLUDE:

  • Profiling HMO and PPO contracts

  • Contract comparison and analysis, including administrative requirements, reimbursement, and claims processing problems
